Far away from overcrowded thermal baths and sauna strongholds, you can relax and unwind with us.
OUT-HOUSE GUESTS
Please note that there is a ladies' sauna every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Even out-of-house guests can easily use our wellness area as a Day SPA (2h, 4h, 3h evening ticket or day ticket).
HOTEL GUESTS
Please note that there is a ladies' sauna every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Entry is of course free for our hotel guests. You will find a bathrobe, slippers and sauna towels in your room.
On our 500sqm you will find everything
what the sauna heart desires:
FINNISH SAUNA
dry sauna >85°C
A traditional sauna variant that helps to purify and detoxify the body through the high loss of fluids, stimulates circulation and blood flow and strengthens the immune system.
HERBAL SAUNA
high humidity, >65°C
Sauna with special herbal infusions such as chamomile, eucalyptus, mint, lemon. The essential oils have a beneficial and stimulating effect on breathing and the skin. Respiratory diseases are particularly positively affected and the metabolism is stimulated.
STEAM BATH
The steam bath is characterized by moist heat with 100% humidity and a pleasant temperature of about 45-50°C. Under these conditions, there are almost optimal conditions for physical regeneration
SOLEBAD
with salt mist
A salt bath not only provides well-being, but also has positive effects on the skin, muscles, back and joints. It also has a calming effect on mental and emotional well-being.

INFRARED BEDS
There is an infrared IR emitter on the backrest, which is very similar to sunlight.
In addition to infrared B and infrared C, the deep-acting infrared A radiation is also emitted.
Deep heat, which reaches the lower layers of the skin in a beneficial way, causes body molecules in the penetration area to vibrate. The heat generated is distributed throughout the body with the bloodstream and effectively reaches your joints, tendons and muscles.
Infrared A is the most therapeutically effective part of the infrared spectrum.
It has a positive effect on rheumatic complaints, arthrosis, disc problems, muscle complaints and back pain.
