To help you navigate our hotel easily, we have put together some information for you.

1. Information about your stay:

arrival - & departure

Check-In: from 3:00 PM

Check-Out: until 11:00 AM

If you wish for an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please contact the reception.

elevator

In every hotel-section, there is an elevator.

For safety reasons, please do not use the elevators in case of fire.

bathroom - stool

If you need a stool for the bathroom, please contact the reception.

bathrobe

During your stay, you can use the bathrobe provided in the dressing cabinet free of charge.

ironing - service

An ironing board and iron are available for you free of charge from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM at the hotel. Please register at the reception for this service.

We also offer an ironing service, and you can find the prices on the laundry list located in the wardrobe. If you need your garment ironed within an hour, this service is available between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM; just contact the reception for assistance.

E-charging station

E-charging stations are available in the underground car park.

Please contact reception for price information and reservations.

money - and valuables

For insurance reasons, we ask you not to leave any valuables, jewelry or money lying around in your room. We cannot be held liable for any valuables lost in your room.

If you wish, your valuables can be deposited in the safe at the reception.

luggage service / luggage storage

If you wish, we can offer you a luggage service and secure storage for your luggage. Please contact reception for this.

hygiene products

These are available to you free of charge in the bathroom in your room.

Additional hygiene products are available on request at reception.

If you need an additional pillow or blanket, please contact reception.

We have a selection of the following pillows available for you:

In addition to EC card payments, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO as well as AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB.

cooling options

There are small refrigerators in the "Haus am Bach" (900) and "Well-Dreams" (700) rooms. Turn the inner wheel to set the desired cooling temperature. For environmental reasons, the refrigerators are switched off by default.

There are no refrigerators in the "main house" (rooms 30 - 52).

You are welcome to borrow a mobile, electric cooling bag from reception.

We are happy to store larger items for you in our cooling & freezer rooms. Please contact reception for this.

Charger / International Adapter

Available upon request at reception.

minibar machine

FürFor snacks & drinks, our vending machine is available 24/7 at the reception.

non-smoking rooms / cannabis ban

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

We ask you to respect this and thank you for your understanding.

Smoking is permitted on the balconies with the balcony doors closed.

The consumption of cannabis is prohibited throughout the hotel area, including on the room balconies.

parking options

They are available to you free of charge in our inner courtyard and in the underground car park.

You can also rent a reserved garage parking space for €5.00 per day.

We are rated 4 stars **** according to the German hotel and restaurant classification and always work to comply with the specified standards and fulfill the wishes of our guests.

If a service is not to your satisfaction, please notify reception.

smoke detectors

Our hotel rooms and corridors are equipped with smoke detectors.

If the smoke detectors sound an ALARM, please go to the assembly point in the courtyard.

You will find the escape and rescue plan on your door.

umbrellas

You can borrow umbrellas free of charge at the reception.

You can reach our reception 24 hours a day on short number 10.

This number is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Outside of these times, you can reach us on our house phone at the entrance door.

If you are planning to leave earlier, we ask that you settle your bill the day before.

Available on the ground floor in front of room 901.

Shoe-cleaning equipment can be found in the wardrobe in your room.

Shuttle Service

You are welcome to use our in-house shuttle service.

We charge a flat rate per kilometer. If you need one, please contact reception.

We charge the appropriate fees for international calls

We are happy to take incoming calls at reception and connect them to your room. We are also available at any time to answer any further questions you may have.

washing guest laundry

There are laundry bags in your closet for laundry to be handed in at reception.

Please fill out the enclosed list and hand it in with the laundry.

If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9:00 a.m., it will be returned to your room by 6:00 p.m.

The hotel is not liable for shrinkage or discoloration if the items are not colorfast.

Kettle

On request we will bring you a kettle to your room free of charge.

changing of linen

Would you like your towels changed daily? To do this, place the towels on the bathroom floor.

Would you like your bed linen changed daily? Please contact us. We charge a surcharge of € 14.00 per change.

newspapers & magazines

A selection of popular daily newspapers and magazines are available to you free of charge in the café.

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in our café on the ground floor of the main building.

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

You are also welcome to choose a piece from our pastry shop & bakery counter for breakfast. (Not included for take-away)

Café Schwaiger

Our in-house bakery and confectionery with café is located on the ground floor of the main building.

We are open

Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday & public holidays 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

When the weather is nice, our sun terrace is also open for you.

We also offer 2 different dishes - one of which is vegetarian - from the buffet at lunchtime.

Monday to Friday 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Our restaurant "Zum Kupferbach" is open Monday - Saturday from 6:00 p.m.

Hot meals are available until 10:00 p.m.

We are happy to take your reservation at reception.

For meals delivered to your room, a room service surcharge of €5.00 per order will be charged.

3. Wellness

Bathrobe & sauna towel are available in your room.

There are no additional towels or bathrobes in the wellness area.

wellness area "Well-Dreams"

Our sauna area is open daily until 10 p.m.

Please note that on Thursdays the sauna is always open until 6 p.m., and from 6 p.m. it is a mixed sauna. (Except on public holidays)

Please note that in the summer months there may be different opening times for the sauna area and the women's sauna!

Whirlpool

You can use one free bubble bath in the whirlpool in our “Well-Dreams” wellness area per stay!

You can purchase a bath additive for an additional charge.

4. Glonn and surroundings

Our own bicycles and electric bicycles are available upon request.

Leisure time

In our foyer we provide information on current leisure activities in Glonn and the surrounding area.

Steinsee

The idyllically located Steinsee is a moor lake surrounded by forest. An inviting scenic walk (one way distance 5.4 km) takes you to the Steinsee. The lido can also be reached by car.
